It's a Beautiful Night to Be Alive

Medan 2011

 Time flies when April felt like yesterday, it seems like it was only the other day when I arrive in Medan to volunteer with the IHF, it is now October and it's time for me to move on.

It has been a good 6 months of teaching, helping and learning. It has also been a dream come true, to be able to help the children here.

Some of the lessons learned?
Life is what we make it out to be. Think positively and the world will be a happy place. On the other hand, let fear seize you and the wold will be a scary place. Don't let prejudice eat your conscience, never look down on others. Surround yourself with happy people and avoid advice from hateful persons.

And one more thing,


Procrastination, it suck your skin dry.

An Afternoon Without E

Just bought a point and shoot camera, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FT3. Time to experiment with it and also, this blog will not be as dead as it used to.
